How we’ve been…
“Helping People Help People”
Trusted World Adds The Net to our Network
Trusted World is excited to announce that The Net has joined the Trusted Network. The Net is a homeless shelter based in Fort Worth that seeks to meet not only the physical, but also the community needs experienced by those in poverty. Additionally, The Net runs PURCHASED, a program for sex trafficking victims, as well as programs for low-income youth in Fort Worth.
You can learn more about The Net by visiting them at their website, thenetfw.com.
Villages in Partnership Delivers Resources to Malawi
Villages in Partnership is an organization that seeks to build partnerships between communities in the developed world and villages in Malawi that promote life-changing development and an end to poverty. Trusted World provided them with 22 pairs of flip-flops, a case of soap, and a case of toothbrushes, which were distributed to the most vulnerable families in the communities they visited.
You can learn more about Villages in Partnership at their website, villagesinpartnership.org, and you can read about the distribution of the resources we sent here.
Richardson ISD Campaign Update
We did it! Thanks to you we’ve met our campaign goal. Your generous donations will make a huge difference in the lives of many, many students in Richardson ISD this year.
But we’re not done yet.
We will still be collecting items through July 30th. If you still want to make a difference in the life of a student in Richardson ISD, you can bring socks and underwear by our Allen Offices. Or, if you can’t swing by, you can always help by donating online. We could use more girls underwear, sizes 12, 14, and 16, as well as boys underwear sizes 10, 12, 14, and 16, as well as socks suitable for both boys and girls.
