JOB DESCRIPTION
DEPARTMENT: Operations
JOB TITLE: Picker/Restock/
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
JOB PURPOSE: This position would assist in picking orders, restocking the pick room.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pick orders from our pick room to fulfill orders from our system.
- Ensure the best resources are being used to fulfill the order.
- Restock the pick room, as needed, to ensure the proper number of resources are available.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience, Competencies, and Education
- A self-starter.
- A person with the ability to follow processes.
- Ability to use a computer or tablet.
- A team player.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Limitations
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, twist and reach.
Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and follow directions.
- Ability to use email, Word, Excel, and other basic software systems.
The position pays the following:
$13.50 to start
After 90 days it pays $14.00
After a second 90 days, it pays $15.00.
Currently, at this time we do not offer any benefits. We do have 8 paid holidays.
All candidates must pass a background check
This can be a full-time or part-time position
