JOB DESCRIPTION

DEPARTMENT: Operations

JOB TITLE: Driver/Picker/Restock/

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

JOB PURPOSE: This position would assist in picking orders, restocking the pick room and making deliveries as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver orders as needed, determined by our schedule.

When not making deliveries, you would be expected to:

• Pick orders from our pick room to fulfill orders from our system.
• Ensure the best resources are being used to fulfill the order.
• Restock the pick room, as needed, to ensure the proper number of resources are available.
• Deliver orders as needed, determined by our schedule.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience, Competencies, and Education

• A self-starter.
• A person with the ability to follow processes.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet.
• A team player.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Clean driving record.

Limitations

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, twist and reach to pull orders from the delivery vehicle.
• Must be able to walk up steps carrying bags and boxes.

Language Skills

• Ability to read, analyze, and follow directions.
• Ability to use email, Word, Excel, and other basic software systems.
