DEPARTMENT: Operations


JOB TITLE: Picker/Restocker


REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

JOB PURPOSE: This position would assist in picking orders, and restocking the pick room as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick orders from the pick room to fulfill orders from the system.
• Ensure the best resources are being used to fulfill the order.
• Restock the pick room as needed to ensure the proper number of resources are available.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A self-starter.
• A person with the ability to follow processes.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet.
• A team player.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Limitations

• Must be able to bend, twist and lift up to 30 pounds.

Language Skills

• Ability to read, analyze, and follow directions in English.
• Ability to use email, Word, Excel and other basic software systems.
