JOB DESCRIPTION

DEPARTMENT: Operations

JOB TITLE: Picker/Re-stocker

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

JOB PURPOSE: This position would assist in picking orders, restocking the pick room and assist in any other duties needed in warehouse

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick order from our pick room to fulfill orders from our system.
• Ensure the best resources are being used to fulfill the order.
• Restock the pick room, as need, to ensure the proper number of resources are available.
• Assist in any other duties needed to be completed in the warehouse

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience, Competencies, and Education

• A self-starter.
• A person with the ability to follow processes.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet.
• A team player.
• Must be able to pass a background check, per our requirements

Limitations

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, twist and reach to pick up, carry or lift objects
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time

Language Skills

• Ability to read, analyze, and follow directions.
• Ability to use email, Word, Excel, and other basic software systems.
